As the Executive Producer for large scale corporate events, I am responsible for overseeing all production logistics, budget management, and programming. I managed a $15 million budget, including staffing, vendor relations, and venue communications. My role involves acting as the main client liaison, coordinating communications and budget presentations while leading inter-agency interactions. I supervised daily team operations, resolved conflicts, and ensured that all deliverables are met on time. I develop and manage workback schedules for various aspects of the event, including venue logistics, fabrication, programming, and concert. Additionally, I collaborated with the finance department to manage cash flow, deposits, and budget reconciliation, providing regular updates and recommendations to clients. My responsibilities also included ensuring the quality and feasibility of creative and design options while adhering to budget constraints.

Collaborated with a studio of Nike designers to develop the form and function of the House of Innovation 000. Coordinated with external partners, architects, general contractors, and vendors. Worked closely with Nike's global cross-functional teams, geography, and territory construction teams. Presented progress to Nike leadership, managed the design studio schedule, and participated in construction and budget meetings. Directed prototyping, budget development, fabrication, and execution for the retail environment. Ensured alignment and communication of design, scope, schedule, and budget.
