House of Innovation

The Nike House of Innovation 000 in New York City is a flagship retail experience that seamlessly blends sport, style, and innovation. Designed to be as dynamic as digital, it redefines what a physical store can be—transforming retail into an interactive, experiential journey.

I led large-scale program management for this complex, multi-million-dollar initiative, overseeing cross-functional teams across design, production, and operations. This included aligning global stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring every element—from physical buildouts to digital integrations—was delivered flawlessly.

The result was a synchronized, immersive consumer experience that showcases Nike’s innovation at the highest level, sets the standard for flagship retail, and serves as a blueprint for future Nike stores worldwide.

I had the privilege of leading the architectural design management for Nike NYC, a $65M flagship on Fifth Avenue and the first House of Innovation. Partnering with Nike’s internal design studio, I helped shape every aspect of the store—from custom glass façades and terrazzo flooring made with Nike Grind to ceiling hierarchies, fixtures, and experiential graphic design across the Speedshop, men’s, women’s, and Member Home floors.

I directed architects, contractors, and vendors while aligning cross-functional teams, resolving competing priorities, and presenting progress to senior leadership—ensuring every detail was executed at the highest standard.
