Amazon unBoxed returned in 2025 as Amazon Ads’ flagship annual event, convening advertisers, agencies, brands, and partners in Nashville, Tennessee for three days of product innovation, strategic vision, and full-funnel advertising insights. The event showcased Amazon’s continued investment in unifying media planning, activation, and measurement — with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled tools designed to help brands drive performance at scale across the customer journey.
unBoxed Flagship 2025 by the numbers: the event welcomed 2,256 in-person attendees (+12.8% vs. goal), facilitated 1,009 sales meetings (+35% vs. goal), and featured 3 major keynotes, 14 product announcements, and 45 core content sessions. The program included 139 speakers, 24 sponsors, and a Connections Hub representing 13 cross-Amazon teams, reinforcing unBoxed as both a thought-leadership platform and a critical business-driving moment for Amazon Ads.
The 2025 edition further solidified unBoxed as a cornerstone event for the advertising industry — pairing bold product announcements with meaningful connection and measurable impact. I led program management and operations for this multi-day flagship experience, serving as Salt Productions Executive Producer and overseeing a 50-person production team while acting as the primary liaison between Amazon’s Strategic Events leadership and three agency partners. I was responsible for end-to-end delivery across programming, hospitality, creative development, and on-site execution — including full oversight of technical production (audio, visual, lighting, power), fabrication, graphics, logistics, vendor management, staffing, and labor. In addition to the core unBoxed conference experience, I led the production of the Leaders Summit, Partner Awards Ceremony, and unBoxed After Dark concert featuring Dierks Bentley and Dasha. Altogether, unBoxed 2025 represented a $16M, multi-workstream event delivered with precision, scale, and strategic alignment across Amazon Ads and its global partners.
