Amazon unBoxed is Amazon Ads’ premier flagship event, bringing together 2,500+ attendees for three days of innovation, learning, and connection in Austin, TX. The experience featured multiple keynote sessions, a Leader’s Summit, a Partner Awards Gala, and the high-energy unBoxed After Dark concert, headlined by country superstars Miranda Lambert and Lainey Wilson.

I oversaw program management and operations for this multi-million-dollar event, aligning cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver a seamless experience from strategy through execution. This included managing complex logistics, coordinating multiple venues, and ensuring flawless production across every touchpoint—keynotes, breakout sessions, networking events, and entertainment.

The result was a world-class brand experience that showcased Amazon Ads’ innovation and strengthened relationships with partners and advertisers on a global scale.
